Who Can Attend?

We're excited to celebrate with Hytrol employees and their families!

Employees & Immediate Family
Employees may register themselves and the following family members:

  • Spouse
  • Dependent children (see criteria to the right)

 

Dependents

  • Under 18 (on December 1), living in the home, if employee is legal guardian
  • 18-25 years old dependents can be invited by the employee to the Hytrol Christmas Party if they meet the following criteria: unmarried, a full-time student, and under the legal guardianship of a Hytrol employee

Single Employees

  • If single employee has children, he/she may bring his/her children and one adult guest (if guest has children, they are not included)
  • If single employee has no children, he/she may bring one adult or one child as guest.

Additional Attendance Guidelines:

  • Employees on sick leave or military leave are invited and may bring guests as outlined above.
  • Special Guests - may be invited at the discretion of the President and they may bring guests as outlined above.
  • No exceptions can be made above by anyone. These guidelines can only be changed by majority agreement of the officers and managers.

Important Christmas Party Information

Children's Gifts
All children must be present to receive a gift. Gifts will be provided for children age 16 and under.

 

Tom's Gift

Tom's Gift will be direct deposited and will not be distributed at the Christmas Party.

 

Cash Drawings

  • (7) drawings will be held throughout the day. 
  • MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
  • 5 drawings for $500 each (for current employees)
  • 1 drawing for $2500 (for current employees)
  • 1 drawing for $250 (for retired employees) 
  • With the exception of new hires, only employees who register for the Christmas Party by the October 9th deadline will be entered into the cash drawings.

Ham Distribution

Employees

  • Hams will be distributed to employees only on Friday, December 11 at the end of shift at Hytrol. For those scheduled to be off work, they will need to come to Hytrol on December 11 to pick up their ham or make alternate arrangements for pickup.

Retirees

  • Hams will be distributed to retirees before the party on Friday, December 11 at Hytrol between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. under the front entrance awning. 

Before You Go

Parking & Accessibility

  • RED & YELLOW entrances will be open.
  • YELLOW entrance contains an elevator.
  • Lot E will be reserved for handicapped parking.
  • All others will park in the remaining First National Bank Arena lots and the baseball field parking lot, as necessary.

 

Clear Bag Policy

The First National Bank Arena has a clear bag policy that requires anything brought into the arena to fit the following guidelines:

  • Clear bags no larger than 12" x 6" x 12"
  • Clear plastic 1 gallon resealable storage bags
  • Clutch purse no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
  • Exceptions will be made for bags containing necessary medical items after proper inspections at entrances.
